Saturday, May 3 and Sunday, May 4 from 9am-2pm
Samantha Giancola and Alex Baratta are organizing our first two-day Schoolhouse Artist Market of 2025. There are two parts to this show. There will be screens for our Artist Gallery in the Co-op room (for South Arts Members only), and an Artist Market with vendors throughout both floors of the Schoolhouse.
These are the two parts to this show:
Sign-ups are now open for the Artist Gallery in the Co-op Room. You must be a member to participate in this part. South Arts handles the sales. You have to volunteer to sit at the sales table. There is a $10 fee per artist to show in the Co-op Room due to increased room rental. The fee can be paid in cash upon drop off. Instead of a raffle we will do a silent auction of 8-10 original paintings only. Part of the proceeds will go to the artist. If interested, please email southartspitt@gmail.com. If you are registered as a vendor with a table for the Artist Market you may not show in the Artist Gallery (Co-op Room) portion of the show. Registration is due April 25th. Volunteer assignments for running the Co-op Gallery will be announced on April 26th. Please see all the other details in the registration
The Artist Market tables are full, but we need volunteers for setup, during the market, and tear down. Fill this out if interested in volunteering your time with the
Artist
Market. https://forms.gle/arS1Y2ynbvZFj9LX7
Silent Art Auction: Instead of a basket raffle, we are having a silent auction. We are looking for 8- 10 paintings valued at around $100, 8x10 framed or larger. If interested in participating, please email us at southartspitt@gmail.com.
Any questions about this event please write to Samantha (Artist Market) or Alex (Artist Gallery in the Co-op Room) at southartspitt@gmail.com

South Arts will fill the Schoolhouse with artwork! Our screens will be set up in the Co-op room, and the other first floor classrooms will be filled with art vendors. This neighborhood festival will include art/craft vendors in the Community Center, live outdoor music, businesses/vendors along the football field, and food trucks. Sponsored by the Bethel Park Fantastic Four.
Here is the sign-up to be an artist vendor during the Bethel Park Arts & Music Festival. You will be provided a table to sell your artwork yourself. You will be located at the Schoolhouse Arts & History Center. This is for artist vendors, not for the Gallery in the Co-op Room.
This is a FREE event for all who are participating! It’s also completely run by volunteers so any additional help for setup/tear down is very much needed.
All participating artists are required to donate a basket or an art piece valued at $50 or more for a raffle to be held the day of the event.
Registration information for the Gallery in the Co-op room to come.
