Co-op room Gallery Registration - May South Arts Pittsburgh Artist Market Gallery

HELP US BY SIGNING UP NOW! Signing up early helps us plan and prepare for the show. 

THIS IS SIGN UP FOR THE GALLERY IN THE CO-OP ROOM ONLY NOT THE VENDOR MARKET TABLES 

You may only register in either the Gallery OR the Market for this event.

You must be an active member of South Arts in order to display artwork.

Each Artist can show up to a maximum of 6 pieces of hanging art and up to 20 CARDS/PRINTS/JEWELRY/OTHER pieces for sale at the table.
 
REGISTRATION AND ARTWORK UPDATES WILL CLOSE END OF DAY  April 24th.

After signing up you will be sent a Google Form to list your artwork. you may make updates until registration ends.

Due to raising of the rent to utilize the space There is now a $10 fee in order to show in the Gallery. money will be collected in cash when you drop off your art. Board members fee's are waived (join the board to show for free   ).

Artwork depicting nudes or deemed inappropriate will not be accepted. All hanging artwork must be finished on the backside with wiring to be hung. (We may ask artists to display less if the works are larger or we are short on space. During the setup and check-in you will receive your inventory sheet along with your display art tags and back identification tags. All you need to do is to bring in your art for the display. Prints must be labeled individually with price and initials and piece number.

We are looking for dedicated volunteers interested in learning how the gallery sales are managed, doing room set up the day prior, helping out the day of the show, and tear down/clean up after the show ends.

Volunteer assignments will be communicated  April 25th
If we have enough sign ups not everyone may be needed to volunteer
